Do I need to be a member of KSONTHEWEB.com to shop online?
Yes. It is mandatory for visitors
to be registered members of KSONTHEWEB.com for shopping at the KS Store. All you have to do is fill-out a simple sign-up form.
How do I
create a new account?
To create a new account with KSONTHEWEB.com, click the Sign-up
button on top of the page. As a registered member you can avail of all
privileges reserved for members, and also personalize shopping and other
services. When you confirm your first order, you will be asked to log in and subsequently provide us with your billing details. These details will then be stored into your billing details for future transactions.
How do I change my personal details?
If you wish to change your personal details, you must log in
and click on the Edit My Profile button. When you are done, click on the
Submit button.

How do I
shop at KSONTHEWEB.com?
Shopping at the KS Store is a simple four-step process as
explained below:
Step 1: After
selecting the item of your choice, click on the Buy Now button below each item to add it to your Shopping Cart. You
can view your shopping cart at any stage by clicking the View My Cart button
at the top of the page. You can keep adding items to your shopping cart till
you are ready to place your order.
Step 2: In the
shopping cart, you can remove one or all items by clicking the remove icon. If
you wish to change the quantity of any item, enter the desired quantity under Qty.
and click the Update button at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
This will recalculate the quantity and price of the item you have changed. When
you are done, click the Continue button at the bottom of the shopping
cart page.
Step 3: If you are not logged in at this stage, you will be prompted to login if
you are a repeat shopper. If you are a first time shopper, you will be
required to create a new account with us by signing-up.
If you are logged in, you will be
asked to enter the relevant billing and shipping details and the payment option
of your choice. Please
note that if your billing country is not India, you can only pay by credit
card.
Step 4: In the following page, you will see an invoice with details and amounts
of items purchased by you. If you choose Credit Card as your payment option,
click the Continue to secure checkout button at the bottom of the page. This will direct you to the secure
checkout page where you will be required to enter the appropriate credit card
details and submit them for verification.
In case of any other payment
option, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page when you are done.
At the end of the transaction you will receive an invoice
number. You will also receive an e-mail containing the complete Invoice. Please note the invoice number as a
reference for further communication with us.
What is a
Shopping Cart?
As the name suggests, the shopping cart is a virtual cart
that displays details of the items you have chosen to purchase along with the
purchase amount, the shipping company, and other relevant details. You can
update the quantity of items, remove them from your cart or return to shopping
to add more items. The shopping cart also contains links to View My Cart
and My Wish List.
How do I Update an order?
You can change the quantity of
items or remove them from an order.
To Update:
click in the box where the 'Quantity'
is mentioned, change the quantity and click on the link 'Update Cart'.
To Remove:
click the Remove icon to remove any one item at a time or
click the Remove All button to clear the contents of your order. This
will refresh the page and update the amount.
How do I send Gifts?
You can choose to send a gift order by checking a box at the
bottom of the page where you enter the billing and shipping details of your
order. By checking the box, you can choose not to print the price on the
packing slip and also send a short personalized message to the recipient.
What is the Wish List?
The Wish List is like a virtual bag where you can
store items that you are interested in, but do not intend to buy right away.
You are required to login to add items or to view your wish list. To add an
item, click the Wish List button below the item.
The Wish List displays a picture, name and price of the
selected item. You can also remove items from the wish list or add them to your
shopping cart by clicking the respective button next to each item.
Once you add an item to the Wish List, it gets stored there.
You can check your Wish List whenever you return to the site by
logging-on.
In what currency will I be billed for my purchases?
Currently, all products are for sale only in India and all
items are priced only in Indian Rupees. In the near future, visitors from
outside India will be able to make purchases in US dollars.
What are the different Payment Options available at the KS Store?
The KS
Store offers you the following payment options:
Indian shoppers
- All
major Credit Cards including Visa and Master Card.
- Cash-On-Delivery
(COD): currently available throughout 22 cities in India.
- Cheques:
orders are processed only after the cheque is realized.
- Demand
Drafts: orders are processed only on receipt of the DD.
- Payment through bank Accounts: currently available to HDFC Net Banking account holders.

Payment by Credit Cards

We have currently introduced this service for HDFC Bank's Net Banking customers. In this unique and convenient mode, you transact directly with the bank by providing basic transaction details like Customer ID, and Password. This transaction too, is conducted over a 128-bit SSL link and is guaranteed for its safety features.
DELIVERY
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently, delivery is limited to India. Delivery on COD
payments is available only for 22 cities in India which will be increased in
due course of time. Delivery in India is executed by our domestic partners
Elbee Express.
RETURN
POLICY
As part of our customer service efforts, the KS Store
follows a simple and convenient return policy.
·
In case of perishable items, the request for replacement
will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of the items.
·
In case of all other items, the request for return /
exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the items.
·
In case of a replacement, our shipping company will attempt
delivery of the items thrice. If the order is not received for any reason, the
customer shall still be charged for the order.
·
In case of replacement of perishable items, the delivery of
items will be attempted only once.
·
No extra shipping charges will be made applicable to you for
the delivery of replacement items.
